🧬 Morph Genetics

Snow: There are two main types:
-
Mack Snow (co-dominant): Babies hatch white and black, instead of yellow and black. As they mature, they may gain pale yellow tones. Super Snows (homozygous Mack Snow) show bold striping and solid black eyes.

Line-bred Snow: A selectively bred line for paler, “snowy” coloration.

Eclipse (recessive): Causes solid black eyes, snake eyes (partial), or occasionally ruby red in albinos. It can also reduce body patterning.
👉 A Snow Eclipse is usually a Mack Snow carrying the Eclipse gene. It will have a paler body color with bold contrast and solid black or snake eyes. Super Snow Eclipse geckos are especially striking, often appearing striped or dotted with jet-black eyes.
