🧬 What “Hypo” Means

Hypomelanistic = reduced black pigment.

A Hypo Leopard Gecko has fewer than 10 black body spots (excluding the tail and head).

If it has no black spots at all, it’s called a Super Hypo.

Can appear yellow to tangerine-orange, with cleaner, brighter coloration than normal morphs.
