Responsibilities:

  • Run errands as requested.
  • Draft and filter correspondence such as emails, contract and agreement.
  • Reminding important tasks and deadlines.
  • Liaising with clients.
  • Compiling and preparing reports.
  • Miscellaneous task to support their manager.
  • Conducting research.
  • Assist in managing staff.
  • Assist in doing outdoor sales. (Can be discussed)

Requirements:

  • Minimum education: Diploma and above
  • Language required: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
  • Skills required: Time Management, Organizational Skills, Communication Skills, Problem-Solving Skills, Confidentiality
  • Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be a party of confidential information.
  • Excellent oral and communication skills.
  • Organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
  • Good paperwork skills.
  • Proven work experience as a Personal assistant. (Bonus)
  • English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency. (Bonus)

Qualification:

Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma , Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree
