Junior Executive
Responsibilities:
- Run errands as requested.
- Draft and filter correspondence such as emails, contract and agreement.
- Reminding important tasks and deadlines.
- Liaising with clients.
- Compiling and preparing reports.
- Miscellaneous task to support their manager.
- Conducting research.
- Assist in managing staff.
- Assist in doing outdoor sales. (Can be discussed)
Requirements:
- Minimum education: Diploma and above
- Language required: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
- Skills required: Time Management, Organizational Skills, Communication Skills, Problem-Solving Skills, Confidentiality
- Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be a party of confidential information.
- Excellent oral and communication skills.
- Organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Good paperwork skills.
- Proven work experience as a Personal assistant. (Bonus)
- English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency. (Bonus)
Qualification:
Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma , Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree
