Junior Executive
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute events activities.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments to ensure event requirements are met.
- Manage event logistics (e.g., Food, transportation, A/V equipment).
- Develop event timelines, checklists, and etc
- Oversee and handling event setup, execution, and breakdown.
- Handle event-related communications, including invitations, RSVPs, and follow-ups.
- Monitor event performance and collect feedback for future improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and legal regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare post-event reports.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in event planning or coordination.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends when required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of event management tools/software is a plus.
Qualification:
Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma , Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree
