Senior Executive
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve performance targets and meet objectives.
- Provide direction, coaching, and feedback to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Monitor and supervise daily operations to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Implement and enforce operational policies and safety regulations to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries, complaints, or issues in a timely and effective manner. Assist in training new hires and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for existing staff.
- Conduct regular team meetings to disseminate information, address concerns, and foster collaboration.
- Collaborate with the manager and other supervisors to implement strategies for process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide updates to management.
- Identify training needs and coordinate with the manager to implement training programs or initiatives.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in Food and Beverages Industry
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
Qualification:
Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma , Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree
